For me, one of the best things to come out of 2020 was the Jon Gordon Power of Positive Team Prayer Group. This group included a core of 9 Jon Gordon team members along with occasional few others including Jon. The idea started with a teammate seeing the need for us to be able to stay in touch, to share our struggles and highlights and to pray. Pray for each other, pray for our country, pray for those in need. I am not sure I would have made it through 20202 as strongly as I did without this group.
I already knew relationships and strong teams that commit to serving each other were important but this group further cemented my belief. Make it a goal in 2021 to grow and develop your team!
