By the time one playing season ends, I have already started another. My fall sports season came to an end this past weekend and I am already in high gear with the winter sports. It is a given that seasons change but how we change during those seasons is what is most important. I was blessed to work with the teams, coaches, and athletes that I did this season. My job is to help teams and athletes change for 
the better but I can say without a doubt my teams changed me for the better this season. I encountered and got to know some good athletes and coaches but they were even better people. I have highlighted on court honors below but the off the court/field accomplishments are what set many of these teams apart.
The fall season gave me the opportunity to work with over 15 teams and a handful of individuals. The exciting part to me is seeing these athletes grow on and off their playing surface. Overall my teams had very few seniors. However, every single senior I worked with embraced the team above all else and did their part in instilling a champion mindset. These teams have a chance to be even better next year but a large part of that is due to the mindset and legacy these seniors built. I am excited for the future: for the difference those graduating will make at their next stop and for the opportunities awaiting those still playing.
Thank you all for trusting me, letting me get involved in your teams, and for striving to give your teams an extra edge. You all make my job the greatest job in America.

2 All State Players, 2 Region Player of the Year, 10 All Region, tournament winner in golf, 2 tournament winners in tennis, a coach that set the record for most wins at their current school.
Team:
A team that made it to the high school playoffs in their first year of having a program, a team that set the program’s record for most wins in a season, 12 teams that finished higher than predicted or where they were predicted in the preseason.
